I didn’t realise after our last blog that we would visit another project. It was based in a difficult area. Just a few houses away a 70 year old grandma had been asserted for drug dealing.

The project teaches the local people martial arts, dance and football. To support the project they run a charity shop that sells new and old clothes. They tool over a local football ground and run a football school for 50 kids. Overall a great project. Tim and Dre took part in some martial art which was good to see.

We took a church service this morning in a house converted into a church, which has a pool and football court. They gave us a wonderful breakfast to start and then We had worship, shared testimony, danced and preached. It was a touching moment as Brazilian and English prayed for each other.

We then had lunch together, followed by sports and swimming. They really do feel like family here. Tonight we will also take a service which I will blog about later.
