DAY SEVEN: Developing a rule of life

So apologies this is a day late, I had to choose, watch a movie with my gorgeous wife or finish my blog. I choose my wife, and it was the funniest movie ever.

Over the weekend I spent some time reading and looking into the life of Brother Benedict, and the way of life he shaped and then shared with others.

It really is quite fascinating. It has cause me to think about the role of gratitude in my life.

With that in mind, I have started and ended each day with gratitude. It really has been quite a powerful experience.

On another note, when walking or cycling somewhere on my own, I have been speaking in tounges and praying. It has also been quite a powerful addition to my day
