As Christian Life Church has grown, so has our staff expanded. We employ a few people full-time and some on a part-time basis. From church vision and finance management to web design and events coordination, all areas of our church are run by dedicated staff and volunteers who care deeply about seeing God’s kingdom come in Herefordshire and around the world.

Tim leads the team at

since 2004 and became lead elder.
He is married to Adriana,
and they have two children.

Daniel is on staff at Christian Life Church, joined the church in 2002, started working full time in 2008. He is a Dad to two boys Judah and Caleb.

João Paulo Dutra is our Brazilian Missionary. His role is to promote our connection to Sal de Terra Church in Brazil. Also he oversees our youth group in Hereford.

Adriana is our finance manager. Taking care of all the tithes and offerings. Looking after and submitting the accounts. Payroll duties. Charity Commission submission. Finance reports. Banking

Gemma is our graphic designer and works two days a week. She manages our social media, website and produces all our visuals. Gemma also does filming, video editing and photography when it is needed.

Judy is our office manager. And works Mon – Fri 9am until 1pm during term time. Judy looks after all the administration required across all sites. Which is a massive task and we are lost without her.

John is our cleaner
and comes in two days a week
to help us stay on top of things.
